Everybody has heard the Amen break in one form or another ever since it was first sampled in the 1980s, but what about the rest of the Winstons track it came from, Amen Brother?

Amen, the gospel standard recorded by Otis Redding in 1968 (a year before Amen Brother) and sung by countless gospel choirs before and since, forms the basis for the Winstons instrumental.
